Zebra Technologies has been one of our most valued customers. We originally got involved with Zebra more than 2 years ago. They were looking to replace their Baan and other assorted legacy systems with a single ERP. This is a highly complex and involved multi-year global rollout of Oracle.
We have been with them every step of the way, from first designing a truly global solution in conjunction with all the other pieces in the puzzle – MDM, Planning etc. to actual implementation, go-live and post go-live support. Zebra went live at EMEA in the beginning of this year. North America go-live is slated for February 2012.
Zebra is one of the most heavily serial controlled clients for Oracle WMS and one that brought with it a unique set of challenges that we, with the support of Oracle WMS Development as always, have overcome.
