Overview
As part of an integrated solution for Product and Project Management functions in an enterprise, Gaea’s Oracle Agile – Primavera connector enables organizations to use best-of-breed Oracle products, Oracle Agile to efficiently manage their product lifecycles and Oracle Primavera to manage the corresponding project schedules.
Developed in close association with Oracle development team, the Oracle Agile – Primavera Connector integrates Agile and Primavera using webservices available in Agile 9.3 and Primavera 6.2+ and is the foundation product for the next generation AIA compliant connector between these products. The connector allows for a seamless bidirectional exchange of data of key project data including resources, costs and schedules. The connector allows program managers and portfolio analysts visibility of Agile Programs/Products inside a Primavera portfolio and expose Primavera’s powerful portfolio analysis capabilities to be applied to Agile programs. Advanced scheduling, calendaring and resource planning capabilities of Primavera are available to Agile Programs transferred using the connector. Additionally, resources and roles are also kept synchronized between Primavera and Agile.
