Development Manager

Minimum Experience: 4 – 6 Years

Manage a team of developers while remaining very hands on.Lead architecture, design and development of products.
Provide technical and functional guidance to the development team.Inspire customer confidence through professional
presence and self-confidence.Establish a culture of innovation and develop a worldclass development organization.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with developing using Open-Source Technologies.
  2. Preferable if there is a strong technology focus on Linux,Apache, MySQL,PHP (LAMP) stack.
  3. High proficiency in Java programming language.
  4. Familiarity with J2EE, JSP, XML, SOA, web services
  5. Familiarity with developing on Amazon EC2 (or any cloud architecture), multi-tenancy architectures.
  6. Excellent SQL skills, experience in working with mySQL.
  7. Experience with JBoss, Tomcat or Oracle Apps Server.
  8. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.
  10. Knowledge of any software development life cycle methodologies (waterfall, iterative, agile).
  11. Work collaboratively within teams and contribute to group outcomes.

Senior Programmer / Lead

Minimum Experience: 2 + yr of relevant Exp in PHP and MYSql

Qualification: Preferably – BE or MCAs or any graduates

Analyze requirements, design and code based on Symphony Framework.Testing the software built and documenting the assigned work.Creating user and technical documentation for the software.Improve proficiency in job specific tools/techniques – MyEclipse – PhP.Provide technical guidance and support to the team members.Identify, analyze the root cause and notify fixes to the users (client) for recurring problem.

Supply Planning Solution Architect

Location: USA     apply

Design best in class business process and implement them by configuring Oracle Supply Chain applications.Map the business processes to the key capabilities of Oracle’s software by working with the key business and IT stake holders and conduct gap analysis. Architect the supply planning solution and suggest potential process improvements based on application capability and industry best practices. Lead project activities at the client site based on our BRIDGE methodology.Direct all solution activities including testing and verification.Support all formal documentation of the solution.Train the trainers and key users

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  1. Detailed functional knowledge using one or more of the following Oracle Supply Chain Planning Applications – Advance Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Global Order Promising (GOP), Collaborative Planning (CP)
  2. Knowledge of SQL and Supply Chain Applications data model
    Industry, specific knowledge in either High Technology or Retail or Consumer industry
  3. Demonstrated good communication and presentation skills, self management skills and client management skills
  4. Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science or equivalent
  5. Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Software Engineer
