Sury is a thought leader in the design, architecture and implementation of Oracle Primavera based Project and Portfolio management processes. Sury has over a dozen years of experience in implementing Oracle Primavera’s Project and Portfolio management system and IT strategy.
Prior to founding Gaea, Sury setup Primavera’s off-shore development organization in India and was primarily in-charge of designing and developing key modules of Primavera’s P6 – Project Portfolio Management software suite. At Primavera, Sury was further involved in developing Primavera’s Software-As-A-Service solution. Over the last 10 years, Sury has re-engineered project and portfolio management business processes and implemented Oracle Primavera at number of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small and medium businesses.
Sury holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Engineering from Annamalai University, India.
Sury’s singular focus is to devise innovative project and portfolio management solutions using Oracle’s Primavera suite of applications.
Daniel is a recognized leader in the design and implementation of Supply and Demand Management business processes and information systems. Daniel has over a dozen years of experience as both an executive-level business process/IT strategy consultant & enterprise product development.

Prior to founding Gaea, Daniel was a senior director at Oracle Corporation with architecting supply chain solutions for high technology industry aimed at increasing the benefits driven out of Oracle’s supply chain applications in semiconductor, network equipment, consumer electronics and software industry segments. In this role, Daniel advised numerous Oracle customer executives with operations and business strategy, helping them to prioritize software-enabled productivity and tap into new opportunities. Prior to this, Daniel was a Group Manager in Oracle’s APS application development team, where he spear headed the design, development and delivery of many of the core module’s in Oracle’s Advanced Planning and Manufacturing Applications.
Daniel holds a MBA with Honors from Wharton Business School with a focus in finance and entrepreneurial management, Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India.
Mr. Daniel’s primary focus is to devise innovative supply and demand planning solutions with the sole objective of increasing the value derived out of Oracle’s Demantra and Value Chain Planning Applications.
Amin is a recognized leader in the design and implementation of Logistics, Mobile Supply Chain and Supply Chain execution processes and information systems. Amin has over a dozen years of experience as operations strategy consultant & enterprise product development.
Amin brings to Gaea substantial professional services and customer relations experience with major management consulting & software companies. Prior to founding Gaea, Amin ran a consulting organization where he established the business from the ground up. Prior to that, Amin was a Senior Manager in Oracle’s Applications Development and spearheaded the design, development and delivery of Oracle’s Warehouse Management and Mobile Supply Chain Applications. Before Oracle, he was instrumental in building the warehouse management system at EXE technologies.
Amin holds a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from University of Wyoming and a Bachelor of Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India.
Mr. Amin’s primary focus for Gaea is to enable cutting-edge logistics and supply chain execution solutions using Oracle’s Value Chain Execution applications.
