World Wide Technology (“WWT”) handles the supply chains for AT&T, Dell and quite a few other companies. They were a ClearOrbit customer, and we are helping them transition to Oracle WMS. With very complex requirements, we have built extensions that allow them to streamline their operations including the ability to receive and pick entire BOMs and sophisticated Bulk Picking capabilities that tremendously improve picking efficiencies.

Their requirements are different from other customers because their business model is built around satisfying whatever supply chain requirements their client base requires them to do. Efficiency is key as every wasted operation and excess handling cut directly into their profit margins.

We have helped them design solutions that work for them while working within the boundaries of Oracle WMS.

Extend but never change core functionality, has always been our mantra and while challenging, we have successfully adhered to it with WWT!
